This Sunday, August 4th we will be hosting another edition of our tasting dinners. Cocktail greeting at 6pm with dinner being served at 6:30pm. A wonderful meal will accompany the six gins that we will be sampling. You will be able to use Fentimans, Fever Tree and Q tonics as well as a wonderful dry vermouth Noilly Prat to see how the gins interact. There will be a gin "expert" on hand to assist and answer questions. Reservations are limited to 16 and you pay when registering at the bar. Cost is $55 which includes tax and gratuity unless you are a Guinness Club member who receives a $10 discount.
Gins: Bulfinch from Wishkah River, Bainbridge Island Organic, Junipero from Anchor Distilling, Aria - a Portland Dry, Plymouth, Beefeater 24 and Caorunn
Crab Puffs--Cream cheese crab filling is delicate choux pastry
Prosciutto Wrapped Mellon--Honeydew mellon wrapped with thinly sliced prosciutto strips
Summertime Salad--Grape tomatoes, corn, roasted red pepper, and mozzarella cubes tossed with Mint Vinaigrette
Prime Rib--Roasted prime rib beef served with Bruce’s special gin gravy, Yorkshire pudding, and roasted asparagus
