If you want tickets to the Flogging Molly show on September 17th @ Marymoor park there will be several ways to do so over the next two weeks. Buy a raffle ticket for the MS Raffle and we will draw two names for two sets of tickets on the 15th of September. Knowledge Night winners will receive a pair of tickets. Two tickets will be given away at all Live music events - check the calendar for shows. A pair of tickets during the Guinness Club drink up at Terry's Office tavern on the 16th.

Rachel Rodrick, Kim Morgan, Katrina Stroh and Shay Hobby donned the tripple stag head crest and represented the South Sound at the Sounders' Soccer Beach Blast this past Sunday. They returned triumphant with trophy held high - currently on display. There is a link below to some of the coverage with more pictures in the photo bucket to the left.
The weather was great for the tough playing conditions on the sand. They played 6 games (15 min ea.) from 10am-4:30pm. Only allowing one goal the whole tournament, people said they dominated and they were correct. Doyle's could not be prouder of these four ladies for representing us so wonderfully.

We are 13.1 miles into this thing. How are the legs? We can do this just stay focused. Remember what is waiting for you at the finish line. We have the Stout Pounders at 9pm tonight and there will not be a cover which should help you over the halway hump. If you follow the training regiment you should have no problem on the big day.

The 2009/10 English Premier League Campaign is about to get under way. We will be covering every game that is made available in the United States. ESPN has secured rights for some european markets, but not for US households. We are left with Setanta / FOX / GOL until the Champions League gets serious enough for The Deuce.

We will put a pot of coffee on and have a breakfat sandwich waiting. Don't forget to pick your fantasy team and win yourself a jersey.

Our distinct apologies to all those who missed the last part of Mexico vs. USA. We hope to have our Telemundo situation sorted before the next game on that channel. Thankfully all other channels are cooperating.

Our kitchen turn around times for food have been a bit off as well. We have been assured that the part for the second oven will arrive this week. Thank you for your patience.

Safe Streets and The United Way join together in effort to help neighborhoods take back their streets. Walk around your block and meet your neighbors. We will have a sidewalk BBQ with $2 hamburgers & hotdogs to help you along. We hope to see you out enjoying your community.

The Emirates Cup is in the books and Arsenal once again hoists the cup. Friday is the Champions League draw. Saturday will be one of hopefully many chances the Jordies will be able to see their boys play when Newcastle faces West Brom - I believe Tim Bostelle actually put in a brace against Brom 2 years ago. This Sunday is the Community Shield between Chelsea & Manchester United.

They  say to drink plenty of water to combat the heat & Doyle's agrees but make sure it has plenty of hops & barley in it. Please be careful wherever you drink.

I can't prove it, but bacon cools you off. Put it to the test tonight and see if this theory holds pig grease. If the bacon doesn't get you maybe a tall cold beer will do the trick.
