Born in Bonney Lake but raised in Puyallup and Tacoma. Attended Puyallup high school as part of their culinary program which jump started his interest in the field. At sixteen he started washing dishes at the Powerhouse in Puyallup where he met Benjamin, ever since then he has been all about the kitchen. The fast paced world of kitchens and the hospitality industry brings him much joy even though it can be stressful. Joe, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu of Seattle, has worked under Benjamin Marcus for may years developing his culinary skills from traditional European to Cajun. He hopes you enjoy his efforts.
