Quinton
Quinton, aka "Q" was raised in North Carolina but is now a proud resident of this beautiful and vibrant city. Q left the corporate world behind to work hands-on within the local, hardworking community that Doyle's helps foster. They love experimenting with dishes and creating new fusions, often inspired by the people around them.
At home, Quinton loves to hang out with their two cats while playing new and old video games, listening to punk and hardcore, and watching movies. You can find them skateboarding around Tacoma, watching films at the Grand Cinema, and attending games for all Seattle sports teams.
On the rare occasion they aren't working or asleep, you may find Quinton at the bar rooting on Sheffield United with a Guinness, local brew, or glass of Eagle Rare in hand.
