Sarah
Built, born, and raised in The 253. Sarah graduated from Lincoln High School (Go Abe’s!), then joined the Army, training as an Avionics Mechanic. After her service to our country was completed, she began a career in Loss Prevention with Sears, in El Paso, TX. Then her career allowed her to relocate back to Tacoma with K-Mart Loss Prevention, climbing her way up to a multi-unit loss prevention manager and district trainer. Once the US Open arrived at Chambers Bay her career shifted to life in the industry starting at The Swiss Restaurant and Pub part time quickly realizing she enjoyed serving the public in a different direction. She stepped down from her position with K-Mart and started to serve part time which quickly led to bartending on the weekends. A co-worker at The Swiss lead her to Doyle’s, and she never looked back. Thriving off the atmosphere our guests radiate during their visits. The chills of a crowd roar after a scoring goal from behind the bar is euphoric. In her free time from behind the bar, she is an amateur food photographer. You will see most of her work on Doyle’s Facebook and Instagram, feel free to gander.
